Refund Policy

Automatic full refunds

• The archive build fails and can’t be completed.
• The build completes but finds no tweets with readable text.
• You’re charged twice for the same username while an order is active. The later payment is refunded.

We email you when a refund is issued. You don't need to ask.

Nothing to buy

If the free preview finds no archived tweets, we don't offer a purchase, so you can't be charged for an empty result.

What isn’t refunded

• An archive delivered as described, including when some tweets are Partial or Unavailable. Results depend on what was saved as snapshots, and the preview shows sample quality before you pay.
• Access ending after 30 days.
• Deleting an archive before it expires.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Something went wrong?

If you couldn't open an archive you paid for, or think a charge is wrong, email hello@deletedtweetfinder.org within 14 days of the purchase (see also the Contact & Removal page). Include the Google email you signed in with and the username you bought. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; it's usually faster.
