About Deleted Tweet Finder

What this site does

You give it an X/Twitter username. It scans for snapshots of that account's public tweet pages and shows a free preview of how many it found, with a few readable samples. If the preview looks worth it, $4.99 unlocks the full archive for that account: up to 1,000 tweets with search, filters, saved images, the capture time for each tweet, and CSV or JSON export, for 30 days.

There is also a free link check. Paste one tweet link and it shows every saved snapshot it can find for that tweet, across the twitter.com and x.com versions of the address, and what each one actually contains. That one needs no account and no payment.

Which Deleted Tweet Finder this is

“Deleted tweet finder” is a plain description, and several unrelated tools and articles use the same words. This page describes the service at deletedtweetfinder.org and nothing else. We aren't affiliated with X Corp., and we aren't connected to any other product using a similar name.

What it deliberately doesn’t do

Most of what follows is a limit rather than a feature, and we'd rather state it here than let a hopeful reading of the marketing survive until after a purchase.

• We don’t create these snapshots and don’t control which pages were saved, or when. We only read copies that already exist, and we can’t have one taken on request.
• We don’t check X, so we never label a tweet as deleted. A tweet we show you is marked “Current status unknown” — a snapshot existing doesn’t mean the tweet is gone, and a tweet being gone doesn’t mean a snapshot exists.
• We can’t recover every tweet. Many were never saved, and some saved pages contain no readable text, so results are a partial record rather than a complete history.
• We can’t reach protected accounts, direct messages, likes, bookmarks or lists. None of those were ever on a public tweet page.
• We never ask for your X/Twitter password, and we never sign in to X on your behalf.
• Our marketing examples use invented accounts, never a real person’s tweets.

Who runs it

Deleted Tweet Finder is independently built and operated, and isn't backed by or speaking for any other company. We don't publish personal details about who works on it, but the contact address is read by the people who actually run the service — it isn't an outsourced support desk, and a removal request reaches someone who can act on it.
