Help with an order

So we can find your order, include:

• the Google email address you signed in with;
• the X/Twitter username you bought;
• roughly when you paid.

Never send card numbers or passwords. We don't need them.

Removal requests

Our results are extracts of saved snapshots of public tweet pages. If you want results about an account or tweet removed from our service, email us with the username or tweet link and the reason. We'll review every request, delete any results we hold for it, and tell you what we did.

Report abuse

If you believe someone is using the service to harass or expose a person, tell us what you saw. We take these reports seriously.
